The Berlin Steel Construction Company is proud to return to its historic roots in bridge construction through the formation of Berlin Bridge Company. Inspired by the legacy of the original Berlin Iron Bridge Company, which helped shape transportation infrastructure throughout the Northeast, Berlin Bridge carries that tradition forward with a modern focus on bridge rehabilitation, repair, and long-term maintenance.

Today, the company is dedicated to preserving and strengthening critical bridge infrastructure across the Northeast with the craftsmanship, safety, and reliability that have defined Berlin for generations.

Berlin is certified for intermediate bridge fabrication and holds fracture control endorsement qualifications, demonstrating the company’s ability to meet rigorous industry standards for complex bridge steel fabrication and critical structural components.

Recent projects include replacement of the bridge over Route 161 at the Interstate 95 interchange in East Lyme, rehabilitation of the Dutch Point Viaduct on Interstate 91 in Hartford, and improvements to the I-91, I-691, Route 15 Interchange in Meriden.
